1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using fouroh ("the Service"), operated by Fouroh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

fouroh provides a web-based chat interface powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o model. The Service includes conversation history, memory features, and related functionality. The Service is provided on a paid subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

The Service is available through paid subscription plans. Billing is handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan. Subscription details, including pricing and message limits, are displayed on our pricing page.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
  • Attempt to circumvent message limits or security measures
  • Share your account credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of unauthorized third parties
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any content generated through the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI responses.

7. Memory & Data

The Service may extract and store memories from your conversations to improve your experience. You can view and delete your memories at any time through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your conversations or memories.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party infrastructure (OpenAI, Convex, Vercel) and may be affected by their availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
